3. Shipping, Courier, & Delivery Terms

We offer flexible fulfillment options, but delivery is bound by the following conditions:

  • Same-Day Brisbane/Gold Coast Courier: Same-day delivery is subject to time cut-offs, driver availability, and your specific location within the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Estimated delivery windows provided via WhatsApp are guidelines, not guarantees. Unexpected traffic or weather delays may occur.

  • Postal Shipping: Once an item is handed over to Australia Post or a third-party shipping service, risk of loss and title for the products passes to you. We are not legally responsible for delays caused by postal carrier backlogs.

  • Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses: If a courier cannot find your location due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or WhatsApp chat, a redelivery fee will apply.
